  • Include boost sources in Dockerfile so it can be used by emcc when packaging
  • Set up necessary flags and scripts to produce a zip archive containing the artifacts sufficient for basic HTTP serving
  • No code fixes here, so the resulting page doesn’t work yet - but should at least be easy to reproduce on any machine

The result doesn't necessarily work yet, but at least the build is not failing.
